Pay to visit a swimming pool somewhere in Pattaya?

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Last time i was in Pattaya (2009) i stayed in a guest house, and i followed some lads to a very nice swimming pool with chairs and all. I think it costed about 50 baht back then. Can not remember where it was.
Does that still exist? Nice "pay-pools" where you can go if you live in a guest house or hotel without pool?
If so, i would really appreciate some tips and advice where to find one.

So non-residents can just show up and use the pool free of charge with no minimum spend on food and drink?

There's a pool on top of Mike shopping mall. Not sure how much it is these days.

Really???  That pool is still there?

I thought that was removed when they built the attached hotel.

Go to VT6 and there pool. Normally you need a key to enter but many residents leave the door open…Worth a try and it’s some of the biggest pools in central area

Over the past few days, I’ve been using the swimming pool at the Vogue hotel near Soi Lengkee. As a non-hotel guest you pay 100 baht, which allows you to use both pools for the entire day. The pools are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and one of them is just big enough to swim a few laps. It was very quiet there, with hardly anyone around. You can help yourself to towels, and there are several sun loungers available.

Is it not easier just to book a hotel with  a swimming pool ?

Does anyone know where there is a proper Olympic size / type pool where you can pay per visit and do serious laps?

A swimming club maybe ?

K Sauna on 3rd Road about 400 metres through Pattaya Klang heading towards North Pattaya Road has a pool (plus sauna, steam room and plunge pools)

Opens 10AM till 10PM, 250 baht for male and 200 for female - serves food and drinks including beer also.

Dude, most hotels dont monitor their pool areas.

Just go to Areca Lodge, buy a beer at the pool bar and enjoy.

There are no locked doors between the pool and the street and its all ground floor.

Try P Plus hotel on Soi Excite, I saw somewhere on YouTube you can pay to use the pool its like 200baht a day?

Chan Resort Jomtien has a day pass that incudes fresh fruit and tea/coffee. It's a nice pool with plenty of seating and a cafe and bar next to the pool. A great place for people watching 😉
