Big question is when is the road construction finished? I'd hate to have to deal with that while trying to take over a venture in Jomtiem.

The rent is around 40k baht per month, the roads I have full belief they will never be finished but luckily or unluckily this is off of the main road.

40K Sounds very expensive, as its in a soi off the beaten track ???

I have a couple of businesses in Jomtien, I thought having a bar would be a fun thing to have, it wasn't.

Without being critical I fail to see how an itty bitty coffee machine like that can output sufficient volume for the masses of coffee lovers in Jomtien.
