New Truevisions box - Where have the music channels gone ?

I had a new Truevisions box fitted yesterday and low and behold the music channels have disappeared, i tried all channels using the remote with no success. I am a daily user/listener to the Rock Channel No 708 so i'm really not happy. I will be contacting Truevisions this morning to find out what is going on, it will require a visit to their branch in my local Lotus as calling their 1242 number reaps no success. They really are becoming a POS imo.
