Any suggestions guys

Have actually got veneers on top jaw as good as the day they were put in 11 years ago but bottom jaw teeth were perfectly straight so dentist made a tray which I used to be able to obtain strong dental bleach and literally whiten them to the level of the top jaw

Over the years they started to appear different shade so time to do the job properly in Pattaya again

Obviously i appreciate I'll get charged for the top jaw even though wont be required

I've had good success with the over-the-counter crest whitening strips.   There are also other brands with the same ingredients.

The crest strips are very good , I had the laser whitening ,it was a horrible experience ,very white teeth though, but didn't last

If you have any teeth that are capped to match the color of your other teeth, the whitening treatment will not whiten the caps. You may wind up with two different shades of white teeth after whitening treatment.

Every hole a goal.

Condoms kill boners. Save the boners.

Stop the Vagilantes.

Brush with this twice a day; electric toothbrush is best. You will notice improvement within a week. Not expensive.colgate-ow-enamel-strong.jpg

I think teeth whitening is almost on par to the price back home now? I passed a dentist in Edinburgh with a sign in the window advertising it from £80

I emailed the £80 add in the shop window in Edinburgh. This was the really. How does that compare to Pattata prices ?IMG_0102.thumb.png.fe1ecca4f8b28f628670ad3ca3285f0a.png

I agree with the suggestion of Crest whitening strips.  They are very good!

A lot of other whitening strips are junk though.  Many don't even contain peroxide.  Then there are charcoal whitening strips.  They do work, but are allegedly abrasive so I would not recommend.

For gel, I'd recommend Opalescence, Zoom, or PlusWhite 5 minute whitening.  They work just as well as what I received from the dentist, but are cheaper.

Personally, the only reason I'd recommend getting teeth whitening professionally done, is to get the little rubber trays.  They can mold it exactly to the shape of your teeth.  This means that the gel will more likely align better to your teeth, instead of accidentally burning your gums.  Otherwise, the gel you can buy online is as good as what the dentist will give.

went to a dental clinic in Soi Nern - Darkside - they had an offer cleaning and whitening for less than 4000 thb - cleaning process took 10 mins - then added some gel and the UV? light ? guess its old style ? i had a laser whitening 10 years on Bangkok which felt better -

lying down with some mouth opener for 1 hour is pretty annoying - they showed me before / after process - result was ok - i am using electric / ultrasound toothbrush as well and thai herbal toothpaste -
