Rental listing sites other than Facebook

I don't have (nor particularly want) a Facebook account, so have been using Dot Property Thailand to scope out rental prices as I start planning for my retirement and eventual move.  Wondering what other listing sites (besides Facebook) are pretty good.

I use Alan Bolton, and Cornerstone. Many use FazWaz

My logic is to use an established agent. After I'm in town for a while and make connections I'll feel better about working directly with an owner.

agree Hipflat is a good source and has links to agents selling properties in the various condo.  Some are old agent postings and many are duplicates.  Still a good information site.  Also Pattaya Condo Guide is similar.

Note that both only have links with agents and there are no private sale listings.

I have seen too many 1 bedroom units listed as 30m.

This site also shows a map view of available units available in your search.

I used East Coast for finding my first condo in Pattaya. When I moved to Jomtien I used Town & Country.

 

I also know a couple independent agents.
