If you book a condo off Airbnb they will be guest friendly correct?

Will a condo in Patong be too close to the bars so that you will hear loud music late into the night? If the answer is 'it depends' could you please mention any condos where this would be the case so we know to avoid them?

 

Any other good/bad condo buildings to choose or avoid for whatever reason?

 

Overall, would you prefer to stay in/near Patong or Kamala?
