Hi i have retirement visa with 1 return visa and I will use leaving LOS in a week returning 2 weeks later. I am at the same address as before and don't have to report again for 2 months. On return do I have to report to immigration I'm at same address?

Legally, yes. If you need to get a residence certificate at Jomtien immigration and you haven't updated your address (TM30), you will be sent to the TM30 desk to report. The good news is that you can register yourself as the "housemaster" online and do your own reporting. Remember to screenshot your report, as it will disappear (I believe in 14 days) and print it off. https://tm30.immigration.go.th/tm30api/loginExternal.jsp?value=EXT&id=3da7dfdaf065743c3b43c13d71f9dcc6

90 day reporting starts from your new entry date. Your first report has to be done in person, as the online 90 day reporting site will reject your reporting if you have not showed up in person. When your second 90 day report is due, go online and do it. You will get an immediate email saying your application was ACCEPTED. Do not confuse this with the document they will email you about 3 days later which you should print off as your proof of reporting. This is the error you will get if you have not done your first report in person.

"Your application for "STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS" has been rejected. Incorrect entry date upon entry into the kingdom/ Incorrect visa expiration date."

The site will send you a reminder before your next 90 day report is due. Make sure to check your junk mail as sometimes their emails will go there. They also remind you of this "To ensure reply and notification email from Thai Immigration System. Please add [email protected] and [email protected] to your contact list."

You can sign up for 90 day reporting online here https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/login

Someone yesterday posted in the PA Line group that they went to Immigration at Jomtien to report the same address after a trip out and they said it wasn’t needed.

During my time with Elite (going on 5 years now) I never had to make a new tm30. Doesn't seem to be any consistency to it.
