Thanks for the feedback, will resize the pics. The apartments are on Pattaya South Road, about 50 metres from the junction with the 3rd Road, close to everything!

Actually that location is probably OK as a quick mocy to WS and easy to get along 2nd for the 6,7,8, Sois.

 

Looks good value to me at the price regardless.

(Water and electricity are excluded)

 

What are the charges for Electric, Water etc. (what rate per unit).

The price almost seems too low from the appearance of the rooms in the photos, even though the place is somewhat out of the way. I would want to actually see the place first, check out the bathroom and know how many TV channels they have.

The electricity per unit is 7 THB water is a one off per month of 100 THB, regradless of usage! Be my guest to examine the rooms, as a new venture this is priced to attract people that perhaps stay some where else! Trust me on 3 things, 1 if you book now and I have space the price is held for you (electricity is dependent on the Thai authorities) 2, the life long discount scheme will apply to all your future/existing bookings and 3, the prices will only go one way, up!

Forgot to say 2 other small things, shortly all the building will have free internet wi fi access. The TV is from cable, not the best in the world but you get something of a variety if you want to stay in the room and watch TV!

Make sure they are securely placed inside the wall. I have heard many stories about such boxes being carried off because they are poorly installed.
