 I hope they are successful. Living at the very end of Jomtien Beach rd. it's no fun with no Northbound Baht buses.

And when construction actually starts they'll complain again, no matter if it's one way or two way.

It's low season, tourist numbers have dropped off, there will be a bump around songkran and then it will be quiet until halloween.
