Wanting to RENT a condo in soi15 (3 months) 2024

Hi all,

I'm looking to rent a condo in soi 15 (the Urban, Avenue Residence, Pride, Centara and Grand Avenue)

from May 6 to August 3 ..........3 months

Either a studio or 1 bedroom maximum 18k per month.

I have tried the real estate agents but they are only interested in 12 month contracts.

I have rented in the past for 1 1/2 years at the Urban

If anyone has any info i would be grateful

So i gather you not in LOS and with no contacts to look best start 

1) Condos FB groups  i know this one is not private any more Centara Avenue Residences & Suites Apartment Owners Group

2) try the juristic office i have added centara line ID  not sure if you can find it 

3) i know city garden do rentals for owners.

I got my first in central via Airbnb and got   a 3 month buy giving my line ID in  chat and went from there.

Go there and get a hotel for 4 nights.

Once you are actually on the ground and there, you have alot more idea of what is available and the agents see you as genuine.  18k a month is a pretty nice budget, but if you up it to 25k you will go up to the next level for (what really is) not alot of money.

I can recommend the Travelodge for a few nights to get yourself settled.
