Arcadia Millennium Tower

Brand new build I believed, and on AirBnB, there are many available with good price. As it is new so there is no review for them yet. Has anyone stayed there or have any opinions regarding the building as well its location ?

bad location. end.

  bad location?? 😐

1.5km far from walking street. less than 1 km to soi buakao.

the 1 bedroom is the same as the one in arcadia continental .

I don't like it, I think is too small but I have friends who have lived there for years.

for holidays I think it's ok.

For over Xmas & NY, my favorite condo is unreal with its price. So this condo has been in service for a year or so now, anyone stays there recently and have a feedback about it ? It is half-priced of the condo I used to stay at (the Edge), so can it be ok for a month or so ?

I came across a 1 month rental here for 5k, but my schedule didn't match up. So I stopped by there to look at a unit last month. 25th floor, 1 BR, 1BA, 16k per month. Very small condo, no washing machine, but seemed very clean and modern. Excellent amenities, ok location. I'd probably opt for a 2BR if I moved here. Here's a pic from the rooftop pool area:

A lot of reviews seem to think it's noisy. Probably depends which way you face.  I think there are some after hours clubs around there.  Sounds like it's not very well managed.  The place across the street and a bit closer to S. Pattaya Road (City Garden Tower) sounds better.  I've talked to a few people living in there and they seem to think it's ok.  Not too far to walk to Friendship Market and Tukom.

Very good point. I looked at a city view condo, they said they didn't have any sea view units available. A few days later, I got the noisy side of the Hilton. Music all night on a Monday & Tuesday.

I stayed 1 month in a 1 bedroom apartment at Millenium Tower in February-March this year 2025.

I booked through airnbnb from a Chinese owner and paid 21000 Baht for a month.

You will be set up with face recognition at check in that is used everytime you enter the elevator area and the elevator, for access to your room you will use tumprint sensor, so no keys or cards are needed!

My room was on 20th floor with a sideview of the city. Small apartment, but enough for one person.

Best feature  I had was a washing machine on the balcony!

Shower cubicle was a bit small and only had a curtain instead of a door, so that water would run out on the floor!

Main room was quite small as well with kitchen and TV sofa lounge. My bedroom was next to the elevatorshaft, so I could hear noise most of the day until late night from the machinery!

Although my room was on a high floor and away from 3rd Rd I could also clearly hear speeding motorbikes as well racing up and down the street at night!

The condo looked clean and is fairly new, but another problem for me was the anticeptic smell (cleaning detergent?)

It permeated the whole building and it´s hallways and corridors, including my room, that made me feel sick and nauseous most of my time here! 🤢 I first suspected I had got Covid again as well, maybe a mix of both?

I´m very sensitive to chemical smells anything from perfumes to insecticides! I could smell some "perfume" odour in my bedroom as well, so I took off all sheets and bed linen and washed it, but it didn´t help as the smell came from the walls and window-curtains!

It was a big relief when I finally checked out after one month, and moved to Unixx, were I have stayed before on multiple occasions and never had this problem! I also have stayed a couple of times across the road from Millenium at the City Garden Tower, and the rooms are much better laid out and more spacious.

Because of the smell I personally wouldn´t stay at Millenium again, but for most other people the smell might not be an issue...

That's pretty close to my experience there. I liked the pools, gym, and sauna, but the noise is probably a deal breaker for me. I was caught off guard by the facial recognition and thumbprint features. I was curious how this would work for monthly rentals, how often they're willing to reset it. The lady I brought with to view the place also liked it a lot, and kept saying "you pay, my face."

  • 4 weeks later...

Stayed here last january for 1 month.

I was on 13th floor on southside. Alot of noise from traffic all day in the room  and the thai club next door on south side

was blasting music untill 6am 3 days per week. That club was basically directly under my balcony.

Other than that everything was ok. I imagine staying on the other side of building would be much quieter

Still I could stay there again if a good deal would come up.
