80 Baht. Opens at 11Oclock closes at 6. Sometimes can get very busy and you can struggle to get a sunlounger. At weekends you can get quite a few thai kids but a very good pool

I dropped in to check this place out today. The pool is rather nice but the rest looks rather old and worn down. Lots of fat Germans did not improve the chance I will ever go back :-)

I've been to the pool many times on the 10th floor roof top of Mike's. There is a great view of the Pattaya from there, and the pool is very well maintained.

I've been visiting Pattaya for nearly 18 years. And I've been to Mike Shopping Mall loads of times but it was only about 12 months ago that I found out it had a roof top swimming pool

If you stay at a hotel with no swimmingpool I think it's a good place to go. Big pool and a bar and a nice view over Pattaya beach. Bring a tgf to snuggle with... :D

its well worth 80 baht if your hotel doesn't have a pool. Great views 360' around!!! Theres one thing or should i say guy, who goes up there on his own,who seem a little odd. Seen him for the past year, goes up there very early always on him own, goes right to the back underneath the end building. Gets a bed then pulls it up so he's facing against a tall brick wall ,back to the pool. No view, reads the paper for a couple of hours. Then f**ks off. Very strange. Anyone know him or of him. Surely there must be somewhere nice to read the paper??? Ant ideas?? :Circle_Sharks:

Been going to Pattaya since 2003 & only learnt of its existence last year.

Last trip (march 2010) a sponsored TG who is a friend was in town waiting for her tilac to arrive. (Hello Robert :Chokdee: )

She invited me to go meet her & her friends up there.

The pool itself is very nice & very big, but as others have mentioned, the surroundings are a bit run down.

Not much in the way of shade either unless you sit under a building roof which is a step down and away from the pool.

I found out about this pool from Nuff's daily picture blogg on here.

It's called Pattaya Uncovered and EVERYONE should check it out.

It has plenty of great photos and cool advice. It's about 90 pages long so far (with posts being set a maximum)

Nuff lives in Pattaya now and knows little tick like this pool.

Check it out guys. PS no I was not paid to say all this. :)

i wanted to say also that in Mike's swimming pool there are toilets and dressing rooms(not lockers inside)and showers..........

i repeat that is a very nice and good solution for people that do not have swimming pool in their hotel...Entrance fee 80 baht(for adults),for kids(i think 50 Baht)

Nice view of the Pattaya city also

it's on the 10th floor of mike's shopping mall

I used to go swim there with my daughter when she still was a kid. Its nothing really spectacular but its a good way to pass the afternoon. Especialy during the week it is not crowded and its rather big, you can find some place in the shadow to read a book or so... And, no hassles! Nobody aks you to buy sunglasses, hats, sarongs.....

i wanted to try this swimming pool out once. i went up to the top floor 10 and saw nothing. there was nothing up there, just like a big empty space, looked absolutely everywhere and could not for the love of god find the flaming swimming pool. has this ever happened to anyone else. i was on the 10th floor because there was a big 10 on the wall so where the hell was the pool. nowhere to be seen. anybody know wether there is more than one area on the 10th floor. i am clueless to understand what happend to me .....
