I did ask about this couple of years ago and was told that they formed part of your luggage allowance.

 

Check because times changes, and certainly not all airlines charge.

cheers mate,i did that and your right they are part of the allowance.i had to contact net flights who i booked through.they then request for you to take golf clubs.got extra 10kg
