Hi Guys

 

If anyone is staying there now is there any construction work going on,

as i am thinking of staying here in September.

This place is to me not even worthy of consideration! It is a new place,with NO recommendations yet good or bad and yet they expect customers to pre-book 30 days in ADVANCE BY CREDIT CARDS.AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THE FULL CHARGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM SAID CARD,AND MOST IMPORTANTLY NO REFUNDS FOR ANY SITUATION ARE ENTERTAINED.

This to me is an example of Thai arrogance at it's worst!

 

I don't knoe if the reservation policy is changed now. But this what I noted from their site for the special offer....

Reservation cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid Cancellation Charge of one night room charge.

* If the guest does not arrive to the hotel on the expected date of arrival, a No-Show Charge of one night room charge will be levied on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

* The hotel has the right to release the reservation incase of No-Show on the expected date of arrival
