looking for the meaning of the word ฮอด

 

see this word in some songs that i have been trying to translate

Using a program called babylon it means hot

from what i am seeing so far, seems to jive more with the isaan definition. latest example would be "คนในความคิดฮอด" by ต่าย อรทัย (from isaan). will check out babylon though. thinking it may translate it phoenetically to english if it can't find the thai definition ? every once in a while, i am unable to find a word in the Mary Haas "thai english student dictionary" (not current or another dialect). just recently bought a computer so i have been trying to sort out all the available tools on the web. appreciate the responses
