Your advantage is you have those along with many others (Insomnia, Lucifer, etc) all in a tiny area. By all accounts it varies. Go have a look with a fun attitude and you're sure to have a great night.

I used to enjoy those clubs before covid.

But I've been few times since about 01:00 and no tables, so crowded.

Oh well.  Things change.  Can try again.

Myst is great.

For picking up freelancers, ibar/insomnia.

But i've had a lot of fun just partying at Myst, republic and Lucifer. Most fun was buying a bottle, having them house it and coming back another time when I brought a BF and some friends. Chat to the guys next to you and invite them to join the party. Tip the server and whatever you want it yours

For me yes they are the top choices now.

Quality of the girls dropped drastically in Insomnia/Ibar, the best looking ones seem to have moved to these 2 clubs. In Republic pick-up can be more challenging, and requires more work sometimes.

What defines "best"? 

I personally don't like any of the clubs on Walking Street, too crowded, repetitive music.  

I could deal with the crowd if the music wasn't so basic. 

If best means where the most attractive young women go, then yes its the best.

both myst and republics  get very very crowded. no tables available most of the time . even the vip upstairs in  republic gets jam packed. Lucifer is pacious with good aircon, 

insomnia  has its loyals . vip upstairs empty most of the time

I would agree with that, but Insomnia/Myst have very weak ventilation system so these clubs are too smoky and when i get out I can smell heavy cigarette all around my body and next day I have sputum.

They should've installed a lot more powerful ventilation systems, but they did not.

Myst plays mostly hip hop (the selection of DJs and music is quite poor though), Republic has many electronic music nights with a solid or even commendable selection of DJs and music.

The problem with Myst is the selection of DJs and music, really. It's extremely repetitive and annoying over longer periods of time. Of course, this might not affect anyone who just comes to Pattaya for short holidays. If you don't visit Myst on a regular basis over a few weeks, you probably won't be bothered by their selection of music. 

In terms of bottle service, VIP areas, and girls, both places are quite nice. Actually, you cannot even compare the standard to a club in the Western world (unless you splash 5 or 10 times the amount of money). The clubs in Pattaya do their part to make you feel like a superstar.

In terms of picking up girls, I wouldn't be able to tell whether it's easier in Republic or Myst. If you show a minimum amount of enthusiasm, it will be quite easy in both places. Also, the amount and quality of girls seems to be quite balanced across both places. Again, I wouldn't be able to tell which of the two has better girls on any given night.

If you do it like me, you may visit both places back-to-back anyway once your bottle is empty.

Myst and republic have good VIP areas.    The typical cost is 12k minimum spend for VIP tables.  Definitely,  not cheap.   It Can be cheap if you have 3/4 guys splitting the bottles...     Honestly,  not being snobby but I cannot visit clubs if I'm not in VIP.    The general area gets way to crowded. You have no room at all.

I don't even visit 808 anymore.  Way to smoky for me.      Ibar I think one visit post covid.  A shell of it's former self.   Not even worth of a walk through.

The tunnell is smaller but nice.   But doesn't get a good looking crowd kd girls.

Lucifer.   Never been a fan.  Seems like place for older girls 

Mix- not my style and smoke is 100x worse than ibar

My last few trips I was in Republic every night and what's interesting is very rare I found a girl looking for work. As long as drink was supplied they were happy to party and go back for some fun until early evening the next day. As opposed to Ibar, it's hardened freelancers who are looking to work not party.
Myst seemed like a mix, I only went there when Republic closed as Myst seemed to keep popping until 7am fairly often....I always had a girl from Republic whenever I went to Myst.

Also, it's fairly obvious to notice, ibar has more old men... Republic has way younger guys....by young, I mean 30s/40s looking. Young for Pattaya, lol.

I've heard Myst is good but have not been. From the lady friends I've known for a while, they seem to prefer Hollywood/808.

One went to mix tonight and sent me some vids, looked dead inside. Then she went to republic which was much busier.

Am a HipHop head and can't stand the HipHop/EDM mixes they play in most "HipHop' places.

For party I love Flexx but sadly it is starting very late and peaks around 3AM/4AM. Fine with me actually but I guess not for everyone. Sadly most girls are not my type there, but that is normal for me in HipHop places. I'm just not for the fat booty.

except I will substitute fat booty for fat body.

I only go if prompted by a young woman I like. 

 

Edit: I don't think any of them are good.  The music is repetitive, night after night.

I definitely think Myst is the best. However, I enjoy rap/hip-hop/EDM, which is what's mostly played there. I do agree that, logistically, iBar is more convenient for picking up freelancers due to it being less crowded and more open. 

Myst definitely gets packed with people. I found it very difficult to find a table past 1am. Sometimes even 12.

This is the problem I have with Myst club.  Once the tables are gone, there is no room to stand any where without being constantly bumped by people walking.

In Republic absolut vodka is 2800, with mixers about 3200-3300. I think there is even a cheaper vodka available.

Myst is great and vip tables not that expensive, even for me.

But yeah it gets busy really fast in there, I went there around 5 times on my trip in July and once we went inside around 10pm and it was dead, couple of drinks later and you couldn't even find empty table.

My suggestion if you want to enjoy your time there - go early and get vip table, get some friends with you or just make new ones there. I wouldn't worry about girls, very easy to pick them there.

 

Didn't really like Republic,  no particular reason just wasn't my vibe 

Insomnia or 808 .. not sure which one, I liked music and was cheaper then myst.

And yeah I agree with one of the previous posts about making you feel like a king by the myst staff, and don't have to go crazy with tips for that service
