Holy effing mackerel... 🥲 Poor lady, I wouldn't wish that on anybody.

Was hoping something might be done to re-attach the legs, but the article says she's actually lost them.

Jeeez that is awful.

I used to work with a young guy who was devestated to be dumped by a girl.

He laid on the railway tracks outside her home. A dramatic desperate gesture, I guess.

He lost 1 leg. I always assumed he had a last minute change of mind and tried to get clear.

I used to pick his mother up from the local train station and take her to the hospital for visits. She lived not locally. He was in hospital a long time.

He returned to work eventually.

But back on topic .. I hope the Thai health system is up to helping her. I read on the Thai equivelent of GoFundMe a plea for money by a young women to get her badly broken arm fixed. I hope Thai health system is not that bad !
