Hi we are here at the moment on the 3rd floor right next to the pool. We negotiated a bigger room with an extra bed for 20 nights for 900 bht. For the money i think its good value, the room we are in is ok and has been refurbished recently but only a lick of pain here and therereally. beds are good but bathtub is very old with old power shower thats fixed to the wall. Have to say that the biggest plus was the free in room wifi which is really good where we are. All in all well worth the baht we paid but my wife is not in love with the place as we have had a few small cockroaches running round. Just a note though that our safety box doesnt work, dont know if this is the same for all rooms but they told us as we went in the room so maybe.

hope this helps

I just checked in this morning and I would agree that for the baht its good value. Im staying on the ninth floor with sea views - nice big sliding doors to a 'breezy' balcony - also 900 baht.

It's true about the 'renovations' being a lick of paint - I just passed the fellow with his brush and tin - I think he's on a full time permanent gig and just wanders the halls dabbing here and there !

They have cheaper rooms available as well.

Cockroaches and a busted safe are deal breakers.

Hi CW.

I'm currently staying at the Bay Breeze. Good Location. "Quiet".

It's Reasonable. Starts from 900 BHT Standard

1200 Deluxe very spacious No Balcony.

Has in Room Safety Box.....THEY DONT WORK.

Annoying having to keep using Downstairs BOX.

2000 Suite...GREAT.....separate rooms..good view.

Same prob with safety Box.

Hope this helps.

Perhaps this should read 'in-room UN-safety box!'

Walked down this Soi a few months ago and was impressed. It seems quiet with loads of massage parlours (never used one and must rectify this anomaly in June). Great location next to Soi Diana/LK but on the 'wrong' side of 2nd road for me. Wouldn't totally rule this Hotel out though.

My Pattaya budget is perfectly adequate as long as I don't spend any of it

Was planning to stay here longer then 2 nights but the bath was dirty and small and I almost died falling out the window by slipping in it and there were gaps in the wall that allowed bugs in. the room was very big with 2 balconies, 2 mini bars, flat screen, the bed was standard for a old hotel- hardish but it just didn't meet my requirements and made me comfy and the safes do not work here. so here are some pics, th elast pic was the view from th efron windows, the views here are very good.

Cockroaches and a busted safe are deal breakers.

Most of these hotels use cheaps safes and when they are unbolted from the floor, shelf etc. They can be easily opened by simply dropping it to the ground which will open the door of the safe. This has been proven because I have seen a friend do this at his work for a hardware company which sell these cheap safes. I got a laugh when he did it.
