This is what I have heard/read.

I have read/heard that you gain about 1/2 an inch in "length" for every 15-20 lbs you lose.  Using that scale, your 30 kg loss should have resulted in over an inch of "gain."

I went to consult a plastic surgeon about trying to get some fat sucked out from my pubis area, but he was more interested in telling me my stomach wasn't a good candidate for lipo (or whatever they are doing now).

My weight goes up and down, but I can't seem to do anything to lose the "jelly roll" and sits right above my junk.  I'm convinced that getting that removed/reduced would have a huge impact on my "length."

A colleague recently underwent air sculpting for his triple chin - results were incredible and was essentially an outpatient procedure and he indicated very minimal discomfort.  Not sure if it works for other areas, but worth a look into maybe.
