Passport for kid

Right has anyone been recently and obtained a passport for your child uk passport,well can you tell me if the mother had to be there or if you just had to take her id card,translated.Got everything else but as me and the mother hate each other,taking her is a risk as well as the little pole dancer i have now is a psychotic bitch as well,fuck me the things we go through,appreciate an answer quickly please

I was married before the kids were born it is a uk passports i want one is registered,but it is not a requirement to do this in thailand unless the child is born out of wedlock i think or know as i was told this in an email from the embassy,being registered means you only need the one form instead of translating the thai birth certificate,yes?
