@Thomaz73 I'm pretty sure Phil has said on numerous occasions that Milk was essentially for sale from the moment he got it. The location is making money, but it's costing time--and time is the one resource none of us can get back. It might be different if Phil used managers, but for whatever reason, his own choice seems to be not to employ managers--so timewise, two bars are extremely expensive in terms of time.

This is perfect for the guys (and there are many) that have dreamed of owning a bar in Pattaya and think it is a easy road to riches. 

New Bar all paperwork in place new build in heart of Walking Street.

To be honest I am a bit surprised it has not sold yet. Before someone asks if i am joking ...........no i am not

This is a good point about time.....

My impression from Phil's videos when he has spoken of Milk...Is that it has done mildly modestly ok but no homerun....

So I guess someone would have to get out the life calculator and plug in does the financial or personal satisfaction of an endeavor = or exceed the time and effort and work the said endeavor requires?

Each person has to decide this for themselves.....

I popped in to Milk a few times on my March trip as 2 of the service girls are good friends of mine. Place was never packed full,  but it was never empty either. Always seemed to be ticking over pretty well. Good opportunity for someone to buy a turnkey gogo with a nieghbour who is willing to show you the ropes.

Phil has complained before that he hasn’t been able to get girls……. Why would a new owner have any more success……. No girls = no profit

Probably rip out the bar and half the size of it at least, seems to take up an awful lot of space.
