Looking for short term 3 week rental

Hey Guys I am planning a trip back and looking for a short term rental condo near on / near Soi Buakhao. I would even consider Jomtien if the size / location and price was right.  I would like something nice clean and decently sized so minimum 50+ sq meters so I am not in a tiny box. Something like Center condo or Nova Atrium would be great. I am noticing rates are all over the place on Airbnb and most are tiny/expensive with the cleaning and service fees which I am not interested in. I am very clean and do not need a maid / room service. If anyone knows of private owners / property managers looking to rent short term or know of other places that fit the bill you can PM me or reply in comments.

Thanks for posting this as I am also interested in getting a condo for my vacation later this year (probably around August). I went with a hotel during my last trip but that was only for a week so I was able to tolerate the small space for that short amount of time.

What dates are you looking at?

What do you think is a fair price range for the types of condos that you listed? What were the prices on Airbnb?

i'm wheels down in patts on tuesday. going with the folks linked below in their 40 sqm luxury grand avenue condo. they quoted two options for a 35 night stay : a) 40k excluding utilities/wifi/cleaning or b) 70k for my 35 night stay including utilities/wifi/cleaning.

obv i went with the $40k option and will pay for utilities / wifi a la carte and hire a maid through another channel. utilities are electric which ranges from 5-8 baht per unit and water which is 35 baht per unit. wifi is 855 baht per month. i imagine cleaning services twice per week will be 2000 / month

so i'm estimating a total outlay of ~45k baht for the 35 nights.
