For those who try be eat a bit healthier..

I recently used Eatfit by Gourmet Primo for the first time, I was surprised at how good it was. They have mostly healthy meals, hot ones you can freeze and light meals such as salads and sandwiches plus protein shakes and smoothies. 

They had a promotion on, buy 6 hot meals and get 3 light meals free which seemed pretty good value. 

Communications on Line were very fast, perfect english. They asked if I wanted it next day I said yes. Sure enough next morning it was delivered. 

Have so far tried the tuna and egg sandwich, Cajun chicken, spicy tuna salad and a chicken breast salad, all were excellent. 

Prices are not dirt cheap, the meals range from 99 - 259 (that is the salmon one) but mostly they are in the 120-160 range, and the quality of the ingredients seems quite high. 

They seem to do promotions all the time, at the moment there is a 20% off one on.

So anyone wanting to eat a little healthier I can highly recommend this service. Photo of my Tuna Salad I added my own avocado.

I just discovered Easy Health last visit, but they've been there for years. They're on 3rd Road about a hundred metres south of Soi Lengkee. Similar price range as above.

All the western style dishes are great, I've never had anything there that was bad. Not a lot of thai food on the menu though and when my friend ordered pad thai once, it was too wet and not good. 

Lots of healthy dishes, and even keto, paleo and other buzz word dishes. There have always been Grab delivery doing pickups every time I've been there.
