I saw a Russian guy marauding around on Saturday, desperately looking for a fight. Nobody was taking him on and he ended up trying to get a policemen to give him a cigarette. I left him too it as it wasn’t going to end up well

Sexually harassment is never really about just paying to get off, they get off more on the power aspect of doing/taking what they want from an unwilling person.
