Diagnostic center like in Philippines?

Hi. Was at Pattaya city hospital hoping get a chest x-ray. Due to my parents passing from lung cancer, both of them my doc in California takes a chest x-ray, a simple one every year. Pattaya city refused,saying that I should get a whole chest check up at Bangkok Pattaya hospital. I didn't think they wanted to go through with a whole chest examination there at the city hospital for a foreigner.  I'm hoping perhaps I could just go to a Diagnostic center if there's one or better yet Pattaya Memorial hospital.

Clinic on Thepprasit Road. X-Ray on site. They won't turn you away.

Ironic that he works in City Hospital during the day. His colleague has a clinic on Pattaya Tai east of 3rd road just past the Shell Station that is an orthopedic surgeon. X-ray on site as well as ultrasound. Speaks great English. Cheap and quick to see him there.
