Country Road 4 Pool Hall

Ok this may be self evident, but I don't assume anything.

So I was there in November 2022 and I'll be there at the beginning of Feb 2023.

Me and my mates went to the Kit Kat and then the pool hall next door Country Road 4. As we played pool there was one super cute petite girl. She and like 3 others were playing pool with a Farang. I made some conversation as we played pool. I complimented her on her hair, you know opening line conversation stuff.

Not sure if she spoke English, but what's the deal. Are they there as eye candy or can you bar fine them? I really wanted her, but didn't push in case she was a civilian.
