I think because they were live streaming they were able to catch them all in the act.

The other sites film and do not post until much later and they have vacated the premises.

Much more difficult to catch them in the act.

I get that but it doesn't make sense. Imagine if the same applied to robbers. You could only go to jail if you were caught red-handed. Surely the Thai legal system has the means to pressure web hosting companies to crack down on porn sites operating in Thai if they really wanted to. But given the fact that Agogo and soapies exist, probably not.
