I read online that even if you use condon properly , there is a small chance of getting STD.......Is it true ?

Of course, if there are lesions (breakouts/warts) around the inner thighs around the crotch and of course contact plus fluids being secreted, rubs off on you…combine that with alcohol (weakens immune system) and boom…your body is vulnerable to infection…always a good idea to do a quick “inspection” of the area…though even that isn’t 100%….it’s a risky/exciting game we play
