I walked by the sign and the artist's rendering.  It is an impressive house -- and there really is not much property there to be developed.  I didn't know, but the area is now nicknamed "Billionaire Row".

All things considered, it is only 10.4 million dollars to be at ground floor, 50 feet from the beach.

I walked by a place there the other day in a marble finish, it looked very impressive and large. It looked like it had been recently completed.

I think you looked at 'Artier', nearby.  130m baht, i think, finished a few months ago.

The OP/article is referring to one that currently only has a sales office built.
