Financial Requirement for Initial One-Year Extension of Non-O Visa (Retirement)

Has anyone recently completed an initial one-year extension of a Non-O visa, with the THB 800,000 in a Thai bank? I can't find the "seasoning" requirement, but had read before that it was only 2 months for the initial extension. Spoke with an agent while getting my drivers license and two of their ladies both told me it had to be in the bank for 3 months. That's a problem if true since I couldn't open the account until I arrived and Wise took 10 days to transfer the money. I'll be going to Immigration next week after the holiday, but would like any feedback from people with actual experience. And I'm not paying an agent THB 8,000 to 10,000, so please keep those comments to yourself.

I did not recently apply for the first time, but item 22 on the Thai immigration site mention 2 months before, and 3 months after application that the 800.000 Baht must be in the bank:  https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?p=14714

I thought that before it was 2 months when you apply for the first time, and 3 month for the next time. Maybe that has changed with the new rules (5 months minimum 800000 and 7 months minimum 400000 Baht in the bank).
