Whats gonna happen to Don Muang? I've never had to go there but I assume Thai Air was their biggest customer?

Nok Air still operates from Don Muang as for the future of the airport who knows seeing as it only took them 44 years to finally build and finish Suvarnabhumi I wouldn't expect a firm decision anytime soon.

It is however still being used by the military and for civil aircraft maintenance and repair and don't forget the golf course maybe they will extend that onto one of the runways.

The Amari hotel at the airport is good value now 1100 Baht including breakfast.
