Cheap guesthouses

Can anyone recommend and good value guest houses in Pattaya over the Songkran period?

 

I normally stay in the areca. But I am on a bit of a budget this holiday as it was completely unplanned stay and I only booked my flight last night. I plan to stay in patts for five nights and then i'm heading north to see the wife.

I have read this forum and ewerybody says that 3som guesthouse is very good place(value for money)

I have try to find information about 3som from internet(by google)

Does everybody know does the place have internet pages???

+ can somebody tell where the 3som guesthouse is located???

I stayed at the Siam guest house off soi 3 for January and February and it was a very good deal ...simon p is a member here.....good luck to you

the 3sum is near the rock house on LK metro...maybe two or three doors closer to soi Diana...not sure of website

On soi6 last time.

Large rooms and the best wifi i've had in pattaya

550B a night.

Downsides are they don't clean everyday and theres no night reception.

Its also a bit loud at times, and the ladyboys late at night can be intimidating.

3som bar is next door to the rock house mate dont think they have a website.
