Cirus Card 'Rip off!

I only used my mastercard ones.

I use Cirus to withdraw money, lower commision.

 

Problem is maximum withdraw is 10 000bht but stil low commision instead of 30 000visa,etc

 

Now i was in a hurry and tried for 20 000 it did not go like usual, so i took 10 000bht.

Now i check my acount and they took 20 000bht but i only got 10 000bht. Today i tried to get again 20000 with cirus but didn't work again.

I have not got a receit of this transaction, paper was finisched!!!

 

Has anyone expirienced the same thing,
