NYC third week January ANA 857$ RT

I just booked my trip to Thailand the third week in January returning 3 months later. The ANA (All Nippon airways) price was $857 round trip. I booked it on the airline website. I was very worried about the explosion in airfare prices, but was pleasantly surprised. The only downside I found was that pre-booking an aisle seat was not available for much of the plane without a higher fare. In the back third of the plane aisle seats were available at the lowest economy price. I generally prefer doing a kayak or Google search for airfare and then try to book at the airline website if possible.
