They need to do this in Bangkok too.

Disturbs me to see little kids out and about at whore o'clock trying to sell things.

People will look at it as desperation. I see it as they're being exploited.

At a sidewalk bakery in Angeles City, a dirty, disheveled looking kid about 5-6 years stood by watching intently as I selected an item. I noticed, so bought a donut for him too. He smiled and ran down the sidewalk. I turned to go the same direction and saw the child hand the donut to a waiting adult.

On Fields Avenue, Angeles City a street urchin asked for money, said that he was hungry. I told him to ask his papa for money. He said "papa die". I bought him some BBQ chicken and rice. Yes, he was hungry.
