Sureena Hotel on 13/2 any reviews?

Hi, looking toward my next trip.   The Sureena hotel on 13/2 came up.   The suites look nice.

Seems to have a lift and photos look like it’s been refitted.  
 

Is it guest friendly?

Any  other comments?

I did a search on sureena and came up empty

I’d take it but it wasn’t showing available…I did hear there may be some renovations coming up???

BB renovations are from Jan 10 - April 10 next year.

Ok, so still in my free cancellation period I’ve gotten cold feet.    Some recent reviews on the booking websites have been shit……and the hotel has failed to respond to any messages about things like late check in reception times.   
 

 

…and the BayBreeze is taking bookings so renovations must be open.
