Centara Avenue vs Centara Grand - 1 month rental

Hi everybody,

 

I am looking for a 1 month condo rental in Centara Soi Buakao 15. I've stayed at the Centara Azure hotel, and was wondering if anyone knows people who manage the condos?
I did some digging and saw a few mentions about Mimo, but that was from posts in 2020.

Have checked Airbnb but was wondering if there was something less than 20 000.

As a side note, has anyone tried the condos at Centara Grand across the road from Centara Avenue? Do you know if they have a good working Sauna/Steam room like Centara Avenue? (Not that Centara's one is always working haha).

I am aware they are doing roadwork there atm but I just love the location and layout of Centara.

Any help or pointers would be much appreciated, thank you!

Like you, I have stayed at the Centara Azure…nice hotel and location. The going rate for the adjoining condos for 6-12 months rental at Centara Avenue is 13-16,000 THB monthly. If you can get a single month for 20,000 then that’s a good deal in my view.

As always it’s worth bearing in mind additional costs when renting a condo short term - cleaning fees, electric costs, plus issues like bedding changes and extra towels.
