There's no usable sidewalks in Pattaya...

Yea for the most part you are correct.  
 

I am talking about 2nd road the areas on opposite of Pattaya Tai.  Construction going on and they walk down the middle of street or in street blocking traffic for up to 5-10 minutes at a time.

It is the area 75-90% are staying.  Dozens of busses and hundreds of Indians.
