Hi,

Will i get fined by the police despite having a helmet, a thai motorbike license and a rented bike?

No you will not. Just stand fast and be polite and they will let you go as they have nothing on you.

I have never been fined in a checkpoint when all my paperwork was ok. And I have been in a lot of checkpoints.

But your paperwork is not going to help you when you are drunk driving or commit any other traffic violations (obviously).
