Agoda app payments?

I am wondering if anyone else has had issues making a payment through Agoda's app? Every time I go to the payment screen for my bookings, it indicates my credit card number is not valid. I even have it saved on Agoda, but nowhere on the payment screen will it allow me to use the saved card, and if I re-enter the exact same card manually it just won't recognize it. 

I would like to book through the app since it's a bit cheaper, but as far as I can tell there is no way though their app or website to send them a question about this. It's just FAQ questions and an automated system that only responds if you have already booked. 

Any help is appreciated, thanks

most people won't have this problem...

i can only suggest to remove all your saved credit cards from Agoda and then try again from a blank state. 

does it happen with different credit cards? what specifically does the error say? 

contact their customer support: https://www.agoda.com/info/contact.html#chat should allow you to talk to a real human.

I agree with the above post.

If memory serves me correctly, if there was any changes to the card at all (number, expiration date or security code) you need to update it or delete and reenter it.

I do not want to hijack the thread, but how can you change your email? It is possible to change your name, which I think is ridiculous, but there is no possibility to change email and / or mobile number.

I did it once, but I had to contact Agoda help desk.

They do it for you as your email is your user or profile name.
