The studio is located near Tuckom in South Pattaya, 10 mn walk to Walking Street. It is a central area, very close to soi Boycow market.

 

ADSL Internet, Cable TV, electronic safe,are included in the rent without extra charge.

 

Price:

 

• Long stay (more than 3 months) 10 000 thb/month

• Less than 3 months: 12 000 thb/month

• Less than 1 month: 4000 thb/week.

 

Electric: 6 thb/kw

Water: 200 thb/month.
