What a disaster.

Since my first trip in 2008 it was many years later when there had been a complete clean up later I realised there was a pattern on the paving. I hope this new paving does not require the same constant repair Beach Road has had. Who owns the paving factory? Why is the street open to traffic surely this damages the sub structure preparation? I cannot believe I just asked that 555!
