Looking for a premium 2 bedroom unit for August

Gents,

I am looking for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom for 1 month checking in 30th July.

Must be central Pattaya.

Minimum 70sqm

Budget up to 60,000 THB.

Have seen a few options on Airbnb, but thought I would see if any members have an alternative option.

Not interested in Buakhaow 15 due to the construction works.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Striderman. Do you reckon the noise pollution will also have passed those ones by?  Have stayed at City Garden before and enjoyed it. That was around 10 years ago mind you when the place was quite new.

the 3 condos i mentioned  are free of construction noise. it is also now possible to reach villa market/avenue shopping complex on the new concrete roadway.

Urban pools are sunny? I heard about a rooftop pool, but not sure if it is open. The others, from the pics i saw, seem shaddy (or sunny for a short couple of hours only...)

pattaya pools in general were closed a couple of times during covid. pretty much all should be open again other than specific individual servicing
