Its no secret that Pattaya attracts a lot of idiots unfortunately, and their numbers will be on the increase as more tourists start arriving

Smart not to go to the hospital if stitches weren't needed, probably take him straight to a private hospital where he'll get an xray, full blood work, MRI for several hundred thousand baht and I'm guessing he didn't want to file a report or talk to news because then his name gets plastered all over associated with being in Pattaya. Definitely see this happening more as lots of drunken idiots walking around everywhere at night now, some just looking to start a fight for no reason.
