they are working on it. the process that they have been using for maybe 12 months has me baffled. i visit soi dogs near bali hai at least once a week daytime so i can see progress or lack of it.

it's been glacial. as far as i can tell no over head electricity supply wires have been removed. that is understandable until the new scheme works and power can be transferred. the process has made Walking Street very uneven and tricky to walk on even in daylight due to subsidence. appears they are starting to resurface starting at the normal entrance of walking st doing one side of the road first.

They had 2 years of shut down & in the main they did 'eff all...the conditions of the pavements & walkways all over town have been ignored for too many years. 😐

Possible manpower shortage with the borders closed might have been the cause of many construction projects delayed during the past two years. 

The grumpier I get the more assholes I meet.
