Received yesterday a downpayment for a 1-2 month rental after advertising this studio on facebook earlier.

Rented out a second studio on the same floor for a year last week. Looks like the boys are back in town.

It looks very nice indeed- I like that building a lot and have stayed a few times, Pattaya side as well, with last stay being for eight months. I used that balcony most everyday; it was great for early morning coffees and evening sundowners, and even in the heaviest rain storms you could sit there and seldom get rained on at all.

One thing I’d prefer though would be very comfy chairs to relax in on the balcony rather than the wooden table and chair; that balcony was great for early morning coffees and evening sundowners.

The studio has a pair of folding sun loungers which can be used at the pool as well.

I have just been informed by the tenant of the unit next door that he may need to end the contract earlier. Condo 1 will probably be available on December 20th. Hopefully I'll know more on November 20th.

Rent will be 15000 Baht per month for 1 year contract, 18000 Baht per month for 2-11 month, 25000 Baht for 1 month.

Other description same as the unit above:

I've never seen 360 pics of condos before. More rental agents should do that.

Nice condo (and I’ve been looking at a lot of condos online recently!).

Timing doesn’t quite work out for me otherwise we could have a ‘discussion’ about rent 

I’ll want somewhere to move in on 21 November or very soon thereafter.

I live near that building, the rear building of the 3  looks to be nearly empty, but you don't see them for rent or sale very often.

It is a great location,Pratumnak 5 now has some decent bars and restaurants

I think you might be confusing it with View Talay Residence 5.

View Talay 5 is in Jomtien behind the Avalon Beach Resort.
