Grocery delivery question

So I’m going to be staying at the Cetus in Jomtien and was planning on ordering groceries through Tesco Lotus.  I have the stuff in the cart, but wasn’t sure how the delivery actually works.  Will they bring it all the way to my specific room?  Or do I need to meet them downstairs?  If downstairs, who can I tip to get help bringing it to the room?  Your help is appreciated!

Tesco Lotus will bring the groceries to your room.  No need to meet them downstairs.  But be aware that not all grocery delivery companies (eg Makro) will deliver to your room.
