3 Month Rental - Pattaya

Hi Y'all

 

Looking to rent a 1 bed apartment in Patts for 3 months. Anyone have a property available or can put me onto a decent letting agent?

 

Wish list

 

> 1 bed (not studio)

> Half decent kitchen

> Would need a good workspace/ desk

> Pratumanak is ideal location, open to others that are not dead central or miles away

> Gym, pool & moto parking would be nice but not essential

> Up to 20k baht p.m.

 

Doesn't sound like too much to ask for.

Could be useful for a potential owner to know period for you planned stay. There is an frequent updated thread on the current condo market here on PA which might be useful. AirBnb is likely your best option

Try AirBNB, lots of good deals in the Prautamnak area.

Try airbnb. I got a 1 bed in pratumnak,  near cosy beach for 13k a month. 

If you see something you like, contact the agent/owner and ask for a discount.

  I got mine with a 10k saving for three months
