Wow.  A hidden gem of info in this video !

Near the end.  Our nobel reporter is telling us about restrictions and rules (boring 555). 

But the video is showing the inside of the Windmill ! Being inspected.....   wow.  Maybe hopes can rise....

If TPN was a click-bait organisation, its headline would have said something like 'Windmill readies itself for re-opening'.  Rather than nightly health inspectors at work.

Many inspections have been done by BMs at the Windmill.
