Extra Visa Pages

 

To obtain additional visa pages, you must complete an Application for Additional Visa Pages (DS-4085: Amendment/Validation Application). Please complete the form using black ink and submit it with your passport to the American Citizen Services section at the U.S. Embassy. U.S. passport holders 16 and older must personally sign the DS 4085 but need not come to the Embassy personally to request new pages.

 

For children under 16, one parent needs to come and sign the DS-4085 at the Consular Section of the Embassy with his/her passport. On that form, the parent should indicate his/her relationship next to the signature on the form. Though not required, the consul may ask to see an original or certified copy of the child’s birth certificate showing both parents names. The child does not have to appear at the Embassy.

 

In cases where all visa pages of a valid passport have been used, extra pages can be added to your passport at no cost, while you wait. Please allow one hour for this process.

thanks for the help i'll be landing next week with 2 pages left for maybe 3 months

The US Embassy has an on-line appointment system now that they encourage everyone to use although they still accept walk-ins.

 

I'd check their website also before going to make sure they are open and verify hours as they close often and have a short workday.

 

Adding pages is about the only thing that is free at the embassy, I've had pages added twice there.
